To The Readers Of The Warning

On April 13, 2018, Larry G. Meguiar passed away in his home at the age of 82.

Larry lived alone and was quite active, but in the past year suffered several falls resulting in a broken and then rebroken hip from which he was unable to recover. His daughter Shari was there to care for him during his last few months.

Consequently, no one can access his email, and his phone number is disconnected, also, there is no one at his home address to receive mail. Email may be sent to a new address for the website at: thewarning@larrygmeguiar2.com

Which Name?

At the time Larry did many of his articles, he still only knew the Father as God and the Son as Jesus Christ. 

This website is a journey of the growth of his knowledge of scripture and revelation of the word.

All of us who have come out of her, have been on a similar journey (whether we be teachers or simply believers searching for truth,)

are learning Truth at our own levels of understanding and are at different stages in our journey, so I will let Larry explain himself in the

A Brief Introduction

We are Clarence & Cindy Kiser, who seek to know and serve the almighty sovereign God Yah, and his only begotten son Immanuel, the Messiah.

We have studied Larry's writings since 2003 and had been in close contact with him for the last few years and are now the caretakers of his website "The Warning" to maintain and support. Shari, Larry's daughter, the sole trustee of his estate, has passed the torch to us. Clarence and I are honored to accept the responsibility of seeing that the site continues to be available to truth-seekers past, present and future as long as we are physically and mentally able.

We will not be seeking or accepting donations, trusting that Yah will continue providing the income that enables us to financially support the website.

Larry's writings will remain intact and unchanged. We welcome questions and comments and will do our best to answer them. So feel free to email us at thewarning@larrygmeguiar2.com We would enjoy hearing from other truth seekers, whether with questions or comments or just to share our love and faith in Father Yahh and Messiah Immanuel.

        Announcement:    

​As of September 2018, we must make an amendment to "Who We Are"
We were husband & wife for 32 years in January of 2018.  Legally married in a church in 1987,  never realizing that in the eyes of our Father Yahh, we were unlawfully married and committing adultery. 
We had both been previously married and had been divorced by our spouses, who were still living at the time we married.  Because the spouses were still living, Clarence and I should not have married each other or anyone else for that matter as long the spouses are living.

       Mat 5:32  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
        Luke 16:18  Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.

        Mar 10:11  And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
        Mar 10:12  And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

We are looking forward to The coming Kingdom​ of Yah and our Messiah and King Immanuel, and one cannot enter that kingdom when we continue to live in that sin. When Yah brought this matter to our attention, it was a shock, as much as we read and studied the word, (and I'm sure we must have read those passages) somehow we just weren't getting it.  Why Yah waited 32 years to grab us by the ear and say "LOOK AT THAT", we don't understand, but now we do get it and because it is our desire to seek his truth and be obedient to that truth, we repented of the unlawful marriage and agreed to separate and divorce.  So we are no longer husband and wife, but friends and brother and sister in Immanuel. This what we believe we must do, and yes we live under grace, but grace is for coming out of sin, not to ignore his word, and continue living in sin.
